Duration:
3 years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Information, telecommunications, and data technology
  • Maintenance of our hardware, software, and ERP system to ensure smooth production and administrative processes
  • Advising employees on application issues
  • Organizing workflows using state-of-the-art technology
  • Programming company-specific applications
  • Planning and implementing internal IT projects


Training Overview:

The theoretical part is taught at the Siegen Technical College. Practical training takes place in Eibach’s specialist departments.

INDUSTRIAL CLERK (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Materials management: from demand planning and procurement to complaint handling
  • Sales: from customer acquisition and order processing to after-sales support
  • Accounting: from bookkeeping and dunning to controlling
  • HR: from time recording to payroll accounting
  • Marketing: contributing to promoting our brand worldwide


Training Overview:

The theoretical part is taught at the Siegen-Wittgenstein District College. Practical training takes place in Eibach’s specialist departments.

TECHNICAL BUSINESS CLERK (M/F/D)

Duration:
4 years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Combined training as a Metal Technology Specialist and Industrial Clerk
  • First, complete vocational training in the technical field, followed by training as an Industrial Clerk


Training Overview:

Basic training and additional qualification modules take place in an inter-company training facility. Skills are then deepened in Eibach’s departments according to the training plan. The theoretical part is taught at the Olpe District College (Attendorn and Lennestadt campuses).

TECHNICAL PRODUCT DESIGNER (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 ½ years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Evaluate materials and auxiliary substances
  • Create and use technical documents
  • Perform calculations
  • Plan and design assemblies
  • Simulate and present designs
  • Use information and communication technologies
  • Plan and organize work processes


Training Overview:

Basic training and additional qualification modules take place in an inter-company training facility. Skills are then deepened in Eibach’s departments according to the training plan. The theoretical part is taught at the Siegen Technical College.

ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN FOR INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (M/F/D)

Responsibilities/Goals:

  • Assemble energy, lighting, and automation systems
  • Design, modify, and expand system segments
  • Wire and build switchgear for all company sectors
  • Program and configure systems and verify safety features
  • Monitor, maintain, and repair systems
  • Perform regular inspections and analyze malfunctions

  • Adhere to occupational safety and environmental protection regulations

INDUSTRIAL MECHANIC – PRODUCTION TECHNOLOGY (M/F/D)

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Retrofit machines and systems
  • Organize and monitor production workflows
  • Coordinate workflows with upstream and downstream departments
  • Maintain internal and external customer contact
  • Select inspection methods and tools
  • Use quality management systems

  • Coordinate work with upstream and downstream departments
  • Monitor and document maintenance and assembly tasks

CUTTING MACHINE OPERATOR (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 ½ years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Assess and analyze production orders
  • Create and optimize programs for various production systems
  • Manufacture components using cutting production methods
  • Organize workflows while adhering to delivery deadlines
  • Apply quality management systems
  • Monitor and inspect safety equipment


Training Overview:

Basic training and additional qualification modules take place in an inter-company training facility. Skills are then deepened in the toolmaking department at Eibach according to the training plan. The theoretical part is taught at the Olpe District College (Attendorn campus).

PROCESS MECHANIC FOR COATING TECHNOLOGY (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Pre- and post-treat metallic workpieces for coating
  • Apply coatings to metallic workpieces based on specific applications
  • Operate, monitor, and maintain spray systems
  • Optimize workflows and organize quality assurance measures
  • Employ environmentally friendly disposal techniques


Training Overview:

Basic training and additional qualification modules take place in an inter-company training facility. Skills are then deepened at the powder coating system in Eibach’s specialist departments according to the training plan. The theoretical part is taught at the Cuno College in Hagen.

MATERIAL TESTER (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 ½ years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Develop basic skills in metal processing
  • Examine metallic materials for properties, defects, and damages
  • Collect and prepare samples/materials, and analyze and evaluate findings
  • Create necessary documentation as part of quality management
  • Analyze and document causes of defects and propose solutions
  • Assist with quality management, including test plans, complaints, and defect analyses


Training Overview:

Basic training and additional qualification modules take place in an inter-company training facility. Skills are then deepened in Eibach’s specialist departments according to the training plan. The theoretical part is taught at the Cuno College in Hagen.

WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS SPECIALIST (M/F/D)

Duration:
3 years

Responsibilities/ Goals:

  • Manage incoming goods from suppliers
  • Process outgoing shipments to customers
  • Prepare necessary shipping documents for domestic and international deliveries
  • Operate the warehouse management system to plan and organize storage capacities
  • Assist with the annual inventory


Training Overview:

The theoretical part is taught at the Olpe District College (Lennestadt campus). Practical training takes place in the “Shipping/Warehouse” department and other specialist departments at Eibach.

Ford Ranger Wildtrak

Der neue Ford Ranger Wildtrak in der “Eibach Edition” wird in Zukunft vor allem als Zugfahrzeug für unsere Modulbox zum Einsatz kommen. Selbstverständlich haben wir dem Ranger schon unsere Eibach Pro-Lift-Kit Höherlegungsfedern und Pro-Spacer Spurverbreiterungen verbaut! Das Pro-Lift-Kit für den Ford Ranger optimiert das Fahrzeug auf ganzer Linie und bringt an Vorder- und Hinterachse ca. 30-35 mm mehr Bodenfreiheit. Unser Partner Hansen Styling Performance Parts ist Spezialist für Off-Road Fahrzeuge – keine Frage, dass die Firma Hansen ein großes Interesse an unserem Ford Ranger hatte. Neben diversen Anbauteilen für die Karosserie und Lichtleisten auf dem Dach sowie an der Stoßstange, haben wir die W-TEC EXTREME “BLACK EDITION” Alufelgen auf dem Ford montiert. Ummantelt wird die Felge von Yokohama Reifen. Der GEOLANDAR A/T G015 gilt als außergewöhnlicher All-Terrain Reifen mit fortschrittlichsten Technologien. Er ist speziell für Pick-Ups und Fahrzeuge mit Allrad Antrieb entwickelt und zeichnet sich durch seine fortschrittliche Laufstreifen-Technologie mit 3D-Lamellen, optimiertem Profil-Negativ und neuer Pitch-Variation aus.
