In 1951, Heinrich Eibach laid the foundation for what is today the globally active Eibach Group. In 1967, his son Wilfried took over the company, which he has successfully developed worldwide with over 700 employees.
Eibach operates its own production facilities in Europe (Finnentrop, Germany), North America (Corona, CA, USA), and Asia (Taicang, China). Additionally, the company is represented with its own sales offices and engineering centers in Australia, England, and South Africa. In over 80 countries, we serve customers with the support of regional partners.
The applications for our products are almost limitless, spanning nearly all areas of industrial and automotive technology. Whether for smaller batch sizes or larger series, Eibach always combines the highest quality with maximum flexibility and cost efficiency.
Spring manufacturing or stabilizer construction: Employees in production work on production systems and manufacture components and assemblies (in our case, industrial springs and stabilizers). They also professionally set up the finished machines and systems, monitor operations, fix malfunctions, and carry out necessary maintenance and repair work.
Electricians and industrial mechanics/metalworkers: The maintenance department is responsible for the regular care, inspection, and servicing of systems to keep them in proper condition. Their tasks also include repairing or restoring systems that already show a defect or malfunction.
Work preparation serves as the interface between sales, design, and production. The work planner coordinates the deployment of personnel and equipment, ensuring that enough staff and machines are available to meet the defined production and manufacturing targets.
Production logistics includes the design, planning, and control of material and information flows. It plans machine capacities, organizes the supply of raw materials for production, and thus ensures a smooth manufacturing process.
The logistics and shipping department ensures that our goods reach customers reliably and “just in time.” This requires coordinating different transport routes, packaging types, and means of transport, as well as preparing the necessary shipping documents.
The main tasks of sales include the selling of goods, distribution of goods, as well as the organization and management of the field service. Another key responsibility is maintaining business relationships with both trade partners and end customers. The goal of sales is to generate revenue, maintain customer relationships, and acquire new customers.
The goal of marketing is to optimally position our products in the market in order to boost sales and increase revenue. To achieve this, Eibach is present at racetracks, trade fairs, and on social media channels. Through marketing strategies and corresponding activities, we draw customers’ attention to the company and its products.
The HR department handles all matters and questions concerning the workforce. From recruiting and hiring employees to supporting them throughout their employment, it serves as a point of contact for both colleagues and supervisors at any time. The department is also responsible for payroll within the company.
Quality assurance (QA) is responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met. To guarantee the specified quality, methods such as requirement specification, risk assessment, customer satisfaction measurement, process optimization, and quality characteristic testing are applied.
Financial accounting is responsible for recording all business transactions within the company. Key tasks include accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting, asset accounting, and assisting in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
The main task of purchasing is to acquire products, raw materials, or services on the market under the best conditions, while ensuring high quality and suitable quantities. Purchasing covers all aspects of procurement — from the procurement process itself to storage and the distribution of acquired goods. The goal is to ensure the reliable supply of the company.
Controlling manages the ongoing business operations, monitors established budgets, and oversees the company’s financial performance. If deviations are identified in its analyses, it proposes corrective measures and supports their implementation. In addition, controlling analyzes markets and customer behavior, gathering information to support business decisions that enable the company to respond promptly to changing conditions. It also assesses business risks and opportunities.
Lean management includes methods and concepts aimed at making company processes more efficient, such as reducing inventory levels or shortening production processes. By involving all employees, lean management focuses on minimizing wasteful activities and factors.
The IT department is responsible for the company’s data infrastructure and must ensure that both software and hardware function optimally at all times. This includes developing large-scale systems, ensuring smooth rollouts, and maintaining networks. Another key objective of IT is to protect the company from external cyberattacks.
A design engineer is the creative mind among technicians: they develop, design, and construct products, devices, or machines that will later be manufactured in series production. Drawings are created for this purpose, taking into account specified dimensions, fits, machining requirements, and tolerances.
Facility management includes all technical systems (heating, sanitation, electrical, and ventilation) that supply a building and its users. In general, facility technicians are responsible for cleaning, maintenance, servicing, and upkeep of the building and the property.
In our toolmaking department, the required tools are reworked and checked for proper functionality. In addition, wheel spacers are manufactured here using CNC-controlled machining centers.
